A Share Savings Account is part of every Member’s ownership in PSFCU. Once you have a share savings account, you can open a checking account or start preparing for retirement with an IRA Account.

Kasasa Saver® Rewards & Qualifications

It’s easy to earn your rewards.

To earn your rewards, just do the following transactions and activities in your Kasasa Cash Back® account during each Monthly Qualification Cycle:

  • Have at least 1 direct deposit OR 1 ACH transaction OR 1 bill payment post and settle to your account
  • Have at least 12 debit card purchases post and settle to your account
  • Be enrolled in and agree to receive e-Statements

And if you don’t meet these qualifications, don’t worry.

Your accounts are still free. Plus, you’ll still earn our base rate in Kasasa Saver®. And you can get right back to earning your full rewards the very next cycle that you qualify.

Qualification Information: Account transactions and activities may take one or more days to post and settle to the account and all must do so during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in order to qualify for the account’s rewards. The following activities do not count toward earning account rewards: ATM-processed transactions, transfers between accounts, debit card purchases processed by merchants and received by our credit union as ATM transactions, non-retail payment transactions, and purchases made with debit cards not issued by our credit union. “Monthly Qualification Cycle” means a period beginning on the calendar 1st of the month of the current statement cycle through the last calendar end of the month of the current statement.

Reward Information: When your Kasasa Cash® or Kasasa Cash Back ® account qualifications are met during a Monthly Qualification Cycle, the following rewards will be distributed to your account(s) by the fifth (5) business day of the next statement cycle: Kasasa Saver®: Balances up to $25,000 receive APY of 1.00%; and balances over $25,000 earn 0.25% dividend rate on the portion of balance over $25,000, resulting in a range from 0.32% to 1.00% APY depending on the account’s balance. Kasasa Cash®: Balances up to $10,000 receive a non-compounding APY* of 1.00%; and balances over $10,000 earn 0.25% dividend rate on the portion of balance over $10,000, resulting in a non-compounding range from 0.32% to 1.00% APY* depending on the account’s balance. Kasasa Cash Back®: 2.00% cash back on up to a total of $300.00 debit card purchases that post and settle to the account during that cycle period. A maximum of $6.00 cash back may be earned per Monthly Qualification Cycle. When Kasasa Cash® or Cash Back qualifications are not met, Kasasa Saver®: All balances earn 0.01% APY. Kasasa Cash: All balances earn a non-compounding APY* of 0.01%. Kasasa Cash Back: No cash back payments are made. *When linked to the Kasasa Saver® account, the dividends earned within the Kasasa Cash® account do not compound since it is automatically transferred to the Kasasa Saver® account within one day. This automatic transfer may cause an overdraft to your Kasasa Cash® account if the account’s balance is less than the transferred amount when transfer occurs. APY = Annual Percentage Yield.
